To cancel your trip, please send a written request to our support team at info@travelview.co.in. The following cancellation fees apply, based on the date we receive your notification:

How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to ensure we have a clear record. Please email your booking details and reason for cancellation to our customer support team. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Once your cancellation is confirmed and applicable fees are calculated, any refund due will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services, such as flight tickets, special permits (e.g., for specific treks or regions), and event tickets, are non-refundable as per the policies of the third-party providers. These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
